Payment Options
As a thank you to our patients, Claiborne Memorial Medical Center offers a 30% discount to patients who pay in full after receiving their first statement. Payment must be received prior to mailing the second statement. Call 318-927-2024 x209 for details.
Claiborne Memorial Medical Center accepts most major medical insurance and works closely with you and your insurance company to make sure bills are filed in timely manner. Once insurance has paid, the hospital collections department will work with you to assure any balance owed is paid in full or with monthly payments which will keep your account in good standing. The hospital board of directors has established the following payment schedule for any guarantor who owes a balance on a hospital bill.

Un-insured Patients
Un-insured patients may choose from the following two payment options:
- 50/50 Option – 50% paid on or before admission with the balance due in equal monthly payments based on remaining balance.

- 70/30 Option – Patient may sign a contract which entitles them to a 30% discount if full payment is made prior to care being given. Please contact the Business Office Manager for further information and a copy of the contract form.
